The Journey Back Home
After spending many years on the island, Robinson Crusoe’s life started to change. One day, he saw a ship in the distance. Robinson was excited but also nervous. He hadn’t seen a ship for many years, and he wasn’t sure if it would be friendly or dangerous.
The ship came closer, and Robinson was overjoyed to see that it was a British ship. He waved his arms and shouted to get the crew’s attention. The sailors saw him and quickly came to rescue him. Robinson was so happy to finally leave the island and return to the world he had once known.
Before leaving, Robinson said goodbye to Friday, who had become like a brother to him. At first, Friday wasn’t going to come with Robinson, but later, Robinson was happy to discover that Friday decided to join him on the ship. They both sailed back to England. Robinson felt grateful for everything he had learned on the island, but he was also excited to be home.
When Robinson returned to England, he was amazed at how much had changed. He learned that his family thought he had died many years ago. Robinson settled back into his old life, but he never forgot his time on the island. He often thought about the adventures he had and the lessons he learned about survival and self-reliance.
Robinson was happy to be home, but a part of him always missed the island and his life with Friday.
